Salary: £60,000 – £120,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end paid social creative strategy for Meta and TikTok, from concept to delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and CPA to iterate on ad creative and optimize results.
• Scale creative asset volume while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to identify and scale winning ad concepts to drive acquisition.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, creators, and internal production teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Meta paid social creative strategy.
• Ability to develop insight-led creative briefs and testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into creative improvements.
• Experience managing high volumes of creative assets at scale.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office 3 days per week
