Business Controller (Finance)

TL;DR

Business Controller (Finance): Supporting the General Manager of the hirify.global EMEA Customer Centre in business control, forecasting, and analyzing regional business development with an accent on financial performance and profitable growth. Focus on driving operational efficiency, managing P&L and Balance Sheets, and leading organizational transformation within a matrix structure.

Location: Must be based within the EU, either close to GBS (Czech Republic) or a major Customer Centre site. Hybrid arrangement.

What you will do

• Partner with the GM and leadership to drive efficiency and sustainable profitable growth in the EMEA Customer Centre.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring full compliance with FAM and local legal/statutory requirements.
• Maintain full responsibility for the Customer Center's Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and statutory books.
• Provide strategic business insights through forward-looking financial planning, KPIs, and scorecards.
• Lead statutory audits and maintain relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and advisors.
• Support organizational development and cultural transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven senior experience in business control, finance, and business administration.
• Significant experience in a business controlling function within a European environment.
• Master's degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
• English: Good command of writing and speaking required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP, BW, and BPC.
• Availability for frequent travel across the EMEA region.
