What you will do

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles and conduct deep-dive variance analysis.
• Support the annual budget process and rolling forecasts using internal KPIs from Salesforce and backlog data.
• Develop profitability analyses across European entities and refine cash flow forecasting models.
• Monitor business spending to ensure strict alignment with company policy.
• Create and maintain Domo dashboards to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Identify bottlenecks in financial workflows and implement automation solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in finance or controlling.
• Expert-level Excel skills for building scalable and flexible data models.
• Solid understanding of accounting rules and their practical implementation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in Belgium for a hybrid setup in Leuven or Ieper.
