Junior Account Manager (Retail Media)

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients, with strong focus on activation
• Communicate, present, and sell marketing campaigns across the entire funnel; provide managed services for tools depending on partner
• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns in collaboration with internal teams like Graphic Design, Retail, Partner Business, and Marketplace
• Support partners in setting up Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content campaigns
• Analyze and review campaigns, evaluate KPIs, and derive optimization opportunities
• Provide operational support to team, assist lead on projects and managed services; prepare offers and invoices using Salesforce

Requirements

• Degree in business, media, communications, or comparable qualification
• Initial relevant experience in account management, CRM, sales, or project management, ideally in e-commerce
• Proficient in MS Office
• Customer-oriented, communicative, enthusiastic about working with partners
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of numbers
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
