What you will do

• Deliver high-impact technical product demonstrations of hirify.global ARM, Guard, CodeScan, and Vault.
• Create customized demo environments and narratives aligned with specific prospect use cases.
• Articulate best practices for Salesforce DevOps, security, compliance, and data governance.
• Explain Salesforce data models, metadata structures, and deployment strategies to customers.
• Maintain and evolve technical assets, demo scripts, and environments.
• Handle technical Q&A confidently during live product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or architecture.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, release management, and Git-based workflows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, metadata (Apex, LWC), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of static code analysis tools.
• Understanding of backup, archiving, and data compliance requirements.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer, DevOps Engineer, etc.).
