Location: Hybrid (at least 8 days/month in Warsaw office, Poland)

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 11-15 Account Executives across Eastern Europe, ensuring execution and growth.
- Own individual and team quotas for the Eastern European market, driving strategic enterprise deals.
- Align Libra account executives with local Polish, Romanian, Czech, Slovakian, and Hungarian business units.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal Engineering for onboarding and satisfaction.
- Support hiring top talent and execute regional sales strategies including account planning and pipeline management.
- Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, deliver demos and pilots, share market insights, and build high-performance culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams
- Proven quota exceedance and team leadership success
- Experience with complex multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning
- Strong coaching, motivation, and C-level engagement skills in legal/compliance/professional services
- Fluent English and Polish (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset for building and scaling
