Location: Skopje (Working hours: 3:30pm - 11:30pm CEST)

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process from discovery to sign-off, including timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with clients post-sales to understand requirements and define project plans for customizing products.
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the product meets specific use cases and relaying feedback to the Product Team.
- Customize products based on individual client needs and specifications.
- Track and monitor progress against KPIs, including timeliness and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation process, escalating issues as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of CRMs and their value in business operations.
- Ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with international clients and diverse cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with IT tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics365.
- Familiarity with ticket support systems like Intercom, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Ability to create clear documentation, process guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS/DaaS environments.
- Fluency in French or German.
