What you will do

• Lead client onboarding sessions, gather requirements, and confirm the scope of implementation.
• Configure accounts, permissions, and integrations with CRM, ERP, and other SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Deliver training sessions via Zoom or workshops and create user guides and video tutorials.
• Manage project plans and track milestones using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Collaborate with Sales for deal handoffs and Customer Success Managers for post-implementation support.
• Document best practices and analyze onboarding performance metrics like time-to-value and adoption rates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical project management.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRMs, or ERP systems.
• Strong presentation and training skills for client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Ability to work according to U.S. client business hours.

Nice to have

• Technical skills in APIs, SQL, or system integrations.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions for SMB or enterprise clients.
• Industry background in software, healthcare, finance, or professional services.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or Agile).
