What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers via 1:1s and performance coaching.
• Translate CX department strategy into actionable team OKRs and measurable plans.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex onboarding and at-risk customers.
• Drive department-wide projects including process redesigns and new product playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to optimize customer handoffs and readiness.
• Manage implementation velocity and adoption metrics to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS Customer Success, implementation, or professional services.
• Proven experience as a people manager driving performance against KPIs.
• Deep fluency in implementation processes and ability to coach in real-time.
• Strong project management skills for managing multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Data-driven approach to using dashboards and metrics for team coaching.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
