Location: Based in Toronto, but offers fully remote work. Must be comfortable working in US time zones and have at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+3.
Salary: 150k CAD OTE + stock options

What you will do
- Manage and prioritize high-impact sales tasks and the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Conduct deep customer discovery to understand buyer personalities and business goals.
- Educate clients on influencer marketing strategies and the uniqueness of the solution.
- Lead discussions to qualify buyers and ensure product-market fit for their marketing goals.
- Collaborate on innovating and automating a data-driven SaaS sales process.
- Analyze success metrics and report internal action plans for growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in closing deals within a SaaS or fast-growing startup environment.
- Experience in B2B sales, specifically using challenger and questions-based selling techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Availability for 4+ hours overlap with GMT+3 and compatibility with US time zones.
- Strong soft skills in communication, relationship building, and organization.
- Resilience, results orientation, and an ambitious mindset.
