TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Acquiring new clients by analyzing privacy needs and overseeing the entire sales cycle with an accent on consultative sales and complex agreement execution. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, presenting value propositions to C-level executives, and meeting revenue objectives within the data privacy marketplace.

Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote)

Salary: CA$170,000 – 200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct consultative sales based on a deep understanding of customers' business and privacy requirements.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of hirify.global solutions to articulate clear business advantages to prospects.
  • Manage forecasting and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and selling to diverse decision-makers.
  • Experience negotiating and executing complex agreements across multiple major industries.
  • Strong ability to articulate technical and financial value points to C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
