TL;DR
Account Executive (SMB): Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting, product demos, and negotiation to closing new business for SaaS product suite targeting small and mid-sized law firms with an accent on consultative selling and competitive positioning. Focus on empowering customers with ROI value propositions, building trusted relationships, and driving repeat business and referrals.
Location: Remote (Canada). Ideally located in hub locations: Austin TX (HQ), San Diego, Vancouver, Denver, or Toronto. Hybrid capacity if living near San Diego or Austin offices.
Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $130,000–$160,000 (uncapped commission). Salary range may differ outside US/Austin/California.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and product demos to deal negotiation and close, supported by marketing and XDR.
- Build deep understanding of software solutions and competitive landscape to position products effectively.
- Connect value proposition to customer ROI to empower prospects.
- Build trusted relationships beyond first sale for repeat business, referrals, and loyalty.
Requirements
- 1+ years consultative B2B sales with closing experience (SaaS preferred)
- Ability to cold call prospects and convert to pipeline opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for sales, self-driven motivation
- Act as consultant to shift prospects' business thinking
- Attention to detail and thrive in growing environment
