What you will do

• Lead the creation, tracking, and management of marketing Purchase Orders (POs), acting as the main liaison between finance and procurement.
• Analyze marketing spend (working and non-working costs) and provide deep-dive reports for the CMO.
• Act as the SME for Business Group reporting within the OCRM platform, developing and enhancing data-driven reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional process improvement projects for localization, asset management, and toolkit optimization.
• Maintain a centralized repository of best practices, onboarding guides, and templates for the marketing community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or finance (internships included).
• Must be based in Ireland (for on-site) or Bulgaria (for remote).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or OCRM.
• Experience with Google Suite and an interest in leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
• Fluency in English.
