What you will do

• Coordinate the planning, setup, and execution of regional field and partner events, including logistics and on-site support.
• Assist with partner event enablement, managing MDF submissions and preparing event materials like booth assets and presentations.
• Track and analyze field marketing campaigns and event performance to provide reporting and optimization insights.
• Maintain and organize shared repositories of marketing assets and manage initiative tracking in Asana.
• Research and propose innovative ideas for event engagement, including gamification and interactive tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid work model.
