TL;DR

Senior Field Marketing Manager (DevTools): Driving regional pipeline and enterprise conversion in EMEA by translating global campaigns into regional programs with an accent on partner and channel marketing. What you will do

  • Own EMEA's marketing contribution to pipeline, managing MQL and deal velocity targets tied to regional quota.
  • Localize and sequence global campaigns and enterprise ABM programs to convert attention into pipeline.
  • Lead partner and channel marketing, including co-marketing with tier-one distributors and cloud alliances (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Shape and scale the EMEA channel marketing blueprint to be used as a template for global expansion.
  • Integrate developer programs, community activations, and technical content into regional field plays.
  • Develop a regional event and localization strategy to establish in-market presence across priority EMEA geographies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B growth marketing, with at least 6 years leading regional or field marketing across EMEA.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and delivering regional pipeline targets.
  • Proven track record in partner and channel marketing (co-sell programs, reseller enablement, ISV partnerships).
  • Experience operating across multiple cross-cultural EMEA markets.
  • No visa sponsorship provided.
  • Experience with technical audiences (containers, cloud infrastructure, AI, or open source) is a strong advantage.
