Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closure for the Swiss market.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and SDRs to execute account strategies and build pipeline.
• Forecast and report sales updates to the management team.
• Develop deep expertise in the cybersecurity industry and hirify.global's product portfolio.
• Manage customer success for subscription renewals and cross/up-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically cold calling and generating net new business.
• Experience selling complex multi-product architectures to C-level executives and engineers.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an individual contributor role.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn and communicate complex business and technical concepts.
