What you will do

• Negotiate and secure hotel contracts to meet KPIs regarding quantity, mix, pricing, and availability.
• Source new providers and manage existing supplier accounts to drive revenue performance.
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with hotel partners.
• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and maintain competitiveness in the region.
• Analyze destination performance metrics to implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and execute contracting strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, Bedbanks, or Tour Operators).
• Strong knowledge of the Canary Islands hospitality market dynamics.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and secure favorable terms in a competitive environment.
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Additional European language skills relevant to the assigned regions.
