TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) in Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and engage SMB sellers and brands across EMEA, specifically targeting the Netherlands and Nordics.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, including discovery, solution presentation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to SMB clients regarding their multi-channel expansion needs.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless customer integration.
  • Track industry trends and competitive activity to provide market intelligence and refine GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role within the SMB segment.
  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
  • C2 level English proficiency required.
  • Fluent Dutch (B2 to C2 level) required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish, Swedish, or Danish.
