What you will do

• Take ownership of targeted outreach to potential clients via cold calls and personalized messages.
• Conduct discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders to ensure qualified demo handovers.
• Develop tailored value propositions by identifying pain points in Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
• Continuously optimize outbound sales tactics and update commercial knowledge.
• Analyze P2P and O2C processes and track relevant industry trends.
• Manage complex client tasks and identify bottlenecks to drive deals forward.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.
• Confidence in cold calling and following scripts.
• Experience with CRM tracking, specifically HubSpot.
• Resilience in handling rejection and managing long sales cycles.
• Must be based in Spain (Onsite Barcelona or Hybrid).
