TL;DR

Territory Sales Representative (Beverage/CPG): Own retail expansion in Phoenix-area territory through new account openings, product placements, sell-in/sell-through, and partnerships with B2B distributors and wholesalers. Focus on high-volume door acquisition, in-store execution, inventory management, brand activation via demos and sampling, and daily performance tracking via CRM.

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ area (Chandler 85225, Tempe 85201, Scottsdale 85251, Glendale 85301); field-based role requiring daily presence in stores and routes.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Lead retail expansion by opening high-volume new accounts weekly and building partnerships with wholesalers, RTM distributors, and B2B operators.
  • Drive sell-in, direct store shipments, in-store execution (facings, stocking, rotation, POS compliance), and reorder velocity.
  • Manage lean inventory: plan, load, deliver product, and track sell-in/sell-through daily via mobile CRM.
  • Build relationships with store owners, clerks, and partners to ensure advocacy and consistent orders.
  • Activate territory with demos, grassroots sampling, events, and influencer drops to boost volume.
  • Maintain full compliance with kratom-specific and state regulations; own territory metrics like door count, volume per outlet, and visibility.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
  • Proven sales competency in DSD, route sales, or field selling (beverage, CPG, energy, tobacco) with top-ranked performance and high-volume door acquisition track record.
  • Physically capable of lifting 40 lb cases, active routes, and being on feet all day.
  • Strong communicator, organized, self-directed; proficient with mobile CRMs, routing tools, daily tracking.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Competitive mindset with hunger for growth, discipline, and accountability.
