What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
• Execute organic social media strategy, including posting, engagement, and content calendar management.
• Monitor performance metrics such as lead generation, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Conduct audience and creative testing to optimize budgets.
• Provide detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with firm growth goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns and social media.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads with a proven track record in lead generation.
• Experience working with US-based businesses is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for client video calls.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week in US Central Time.
