What you will do

• Build and launch search, display, and performance campaigns with keyword targeting, ad creatives, and extensions
• Conduct ongoing optimizations by adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Perform search term analysis, add negative keywords, and refine structures for efficiency
• Monitor pacing, trends, and anomalies while supporting performance reporting and insights
• Collaborate with senior team members on strategy and data accuracy

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization
• Experience with search term analysis and negative keyword strategy
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have

• Experience with Performance Max and YouTube campaigns
• Familiarity with GA4 and conversion tracking
• Experience with call tracking platforms
• Exposure to other paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience working with US-based clients
• Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards
