What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end management and strategic direction for designated paid media accounts.
• Lead and develop a small team of Media Managers, enhancing their technical and strategic skillsets.
• Design and deploy monthly and quarterly testing frameworks for targeting, creative, and messaging.
• Manage high-budget accounts ($100K-$1MM per month), ensuring KPI and pacing requirements are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting data-driven recommendations and insights.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid media strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of Paid Media experience.
• Experience managing multiple accounts with monthly budgets between $100K and $1MM.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Bing Ads, and Programmatic Display.
• Proficiency in full-funnel strategy, lead generation, and video campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Experience with LinkedIn and TikTok Ads.
