What you will do

• Build, launch, and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Manage the setup, optimization, and reporting of EDM campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Conduct audience and creative testing to improve funnel outcomes and campaign results.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies for email marketing to improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate on marketing creatives and messaging strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret advertising metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion tracking.
• Ability to align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
