What you will do

• Develop pricing, proposals, descriptions of service, and change orders using standard templates.
• Analyze and interpret client RFPs and study protocols in collaboration with functional partners.
• Coordinate pricing strategies for complex studies and programs with Sales, Finance, Product, and Science teams.
• Produce high‑quality proposal documents within required timelines.
• Conduct peer reviews of pricing and proposal outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain budget information in internal systems and contribute to the evolution of standard materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences with a strong understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical landscape.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
