What you will do

• Lead electrical plant design from inception to steady operations.
• Develop FEL 1-2-3 deliverables as an owner’s engineer throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with external EPCs, suppliers, and contractors for detailed design and construction.
• Review and approve electrical drawings, equipment data sheets, and construction work packages.
• Conduct and guide electrical studies including load flow, short circuit, and arc flash analysis.
• Provide technical support for on-site construction and plant commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience, preferably in continuous process plants or similar mission-critical environments.
• Expertise in electrical infrastructure design for substations and industrial plant power distribution.
• Deep knowledge of IEEE, API, and other industry-specific electrical codes and standards.
• Experience working with EPCs on industrial-scale engineering and construction projects.
• Must be willing to temporarily relocate to Moses Lake, WA.
