Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Directors across EMEA.
- Drive regional business strategy, including market opportunity analysis and go-to-market planning.
- Develop annual sales plans, manage forecasts, and drive structured outbound pipeline generation.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships, distributors, and channel development throughout the region.
- Attract and hire top talent to build the commercial sales organization to achieve growth goals.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams to negotiate and close complex deals.
Requirements
- Previous enterprise software sales leadership experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of building Commercial/Mid-Market sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the information security channel network and selling to mid-market clients.
- Ability to travel is required.
- Must be based in or within commuting distance of Dublin, Ireland to comply with the hybrid work model.
