Senior Relationship Manager (Wealth Management): Managing and supporting Appointed Representative (AR) firms and National advisers to optimize their business growth, operations, and eventual exit strategies with an accent on strategic business consultancy and commercial drivers. Focus on leading a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring regulatory compliance under Consumer Duty, and maintaining high-value contractual relationships.
Location: Homebased, must be based in Central and/or West Midlands, UK

What you will do
- Provide objective advice to AR firms and National advisers on strategy, structure, and operations to maximize business development.
- Manage a panel of Strategic Partners and Key Accounts, owning commercial drivers and maintaining contractual integrity.
- Lead and manage two Relationship Managers within the designated region, overseeing performance objectives.
- Deliver regional campaigns and initiatives to drive results and delivery at all levels.
- Ensure all activities comply with Risk, Compliance, and Consumer Duty standards to guarantee positive customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with wider business functions to ensure an integrated client offering is in place.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a financial services sales environment.
- Deep understanding of AR principals and Financial Advice network operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of wealth, mortgage, and protection product sectors, including platforms and asset gathering.
- Proven experience in people management and establishing a strong performance culture.
- Strong understanding of commercial drivers, adviser economics, and business performance metrics.
- Must be based in Central and/or West Midlands, UK
