What you will do
- Research and identify C-level decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, Directors) aligned with event themes.
- Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and voicemail prospecting.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of B2B clients.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs and sales goals.
- Maintain and improve the quality of the contacts database.
Requirements
- Recognized degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Proven comfort and experience with cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture.
