What you will do

  • Research and identify C-level decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, Directors) aligned with event themes.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, databases, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and voicemail prospecting.
  • Develop and manage a personal portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs and sales goals.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of the contacts database.

Requirements

  • Recognized degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven comfort and experience with cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture.
