What you will do
- Drive customer performance and satisfaction with direct ownership of Customer Experience (CX) results.
- Achieve financial targets for main business lines and secure profitable accounts.
- Lead, coach, and provide on-the-job guidance to the Sales team and direct reports.
- Manage top-to-top customer relationships and maintain structured account plans with time-bound objectives.
- Identify lead generation and business opportunities using tools like Salesforce.
- Execute monthly forecasting to secure material, production, and financial planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, including people management responsibility.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
- Strong commercial intelligence, presentation skills, and a digital-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle cross-functional challenges in a global landscape.
