What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a scalable partner program for Referral Partners, Resellers, and Tech partners.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and expansion.
  • Design and implement co-sell, resell, and referral models including partner business plans.
  • Analyze CRM (Salesforce) metrics and forecast sales activity to improve pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in building and managing key partners in the B2B SaaS industry with strong revenue impact.
  • Experience in partner performance management, marketing campaigns, and pipeline management.
  • Deep understanding of reseller ecosystems, partner business models, and market trends.
  • Fluent in English and German language.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to create structures in a fast-paced environment.
