TL;DR

Director, Sales Operations (B2B SaaS): Design and execute sales compensation programs, pipeline and forecast management, demand generation orchestration, and commercial analytics across multibillion-dollar portfolio with an accent on multi-brand governance and sales productivity. Focus on building KPI frameworks, improving rep ramp time, driving CRM data quality, and leading sales operations teams.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in GBR - London, Canada Square

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end sales compensation plan design, modeling, and governance across brands and seller segments
  • Lead pipeline management, forecast cadence, and risk/upside reporting to leadership
  • Partner with marketing to align demand generation with territory capacity and revenue targets
  • Serve as analytical authority, owning KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Design sales productivity programs to improve rep ramp time and effectiveness
  • Drive CRM data quality and opportunity management discipline
  • Lead and develop team of senior managers and sales operations professionals
  • Align strategy with divisional and organizational goals

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations supporting multibillion-dollar B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ownership of sales compensation plan architecture and governance
  • Proven experience in rigorous forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience in multi-brand or multi-segment commercial structure in matrixed organization
  • Strong commercial analytics to translate data into decisions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
