What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close.
- Conduct structured discovery to understand client hiring challenges, team gaps, and business goals.
- Manage complex deals and navigate multiple senior stakeholders to build strong business cases.
- Drive pipeline progression and remove blockers to maintain momentum across all stages.
- Apply MEDDPICC principles to qualify deals and increase win rates.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a closer in B2B sales, ideally within the tech or recruitment sectors.
- Strong track record of managing multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using structured sales frameworks like MEDDPICC.
- Resilience and drive, with experience as a volume caller and strong follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in West London.
Nice to have
- Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, or talent solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
