What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close.
  • Conduct structured discovery to understand client hiring challenges, team gaps, and business goals.
  • Manage complex deals and navigate multiple senior stakeholders to build strong business cases.
  • Drive pipeline progression and remove blockers to maintain momentum across all stages.
  • Apply MEDDPICC principles to qualify deals and increase win rates.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a closer in B2B sales, ideally within the tech or recruitment sectors.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience using structured sales frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Resilience and drive, with experience as a volume caller and strong follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in West London.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, or talent solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
