What you will do

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the North Italy team.
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key regional customers and partners.

• Manage equipment placement deals and ensure accurate asset registration.
• Coordinate product evaluations, training for customers, and distributor sales teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or marketing of medical products.
• Experience providing technical and clinical support at both customer and distributor levels.
• Fluent in Italian and strong, effective English communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in PC tools; knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.
