Salary: €27,000 - €34,000

What you will do
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Research high-potential accounts and map decision-making processes within the logistics and e-commerce verticals.
- Book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team by effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, logistics, or supply chain business development in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM platforms.
- Resilience and persistence for high-volume outreach.
- Consultative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to target and develop the Italian and European markets.
