hirify.global is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate their entire shipping workflow and reduce manual work.

What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Research high-potential accounts and map decision-making processes within the logistics and e-commerce verticals.
  • Book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team by effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, logistics, or supply chain business development in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Resilience and persistence for high-volume outreach.
  • Consultative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to target and develop the Italian and European markets.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in an additional language.
