- Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won from meetings
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full closing role
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German
- Recent graduate or at the start of your career
- Comfortable communicating with new people and asking questions
- Motivated by targets, results, and personal development
- Resilient, organised, and proactive
- Curious about sales, business, and company growth; willing to learn and be coached
