What you will do

• Design and run the Product Operating System connecting OKRs to execution, including planning cadences and prioritisation frameworks.
• Build decision infrastructure to turn product analytics, customer research, and feedback into concrete actions.
• Operationalise KPIs through consistent definitions, team-facing dashboards, and regular review rhythms.
• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to reduce cycle time and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Improve cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue, and Customer Success.
• Drive the adoption of AI agent layers and automate operational workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in product operations, strategy & operations, or a closely adjacent function at a scaling B2B SaaS company.
• Strong systems thinking capability to design rituals, tooling, and decision flows.
• Data fluency and the ability to leverage analytics for operational decision-making.
• Strong communication and influence skills to earn trust with PMs, engineers, and executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and experience in transformation-heavy environments.
