What you will do

• Own R&D alignment, planning cycles, prioritization processes, and roadmap cadences.
• Design and run the Product team's operating system, including KPI tracking and cross-functional ceremonies.
• Build and manage the communication bridge between R&D and GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing).
• Create and maintain tooling infrastructure (Jira, Confluence) and deploy AI tools to boost team productivity.
• Lead special cross-functional, first-of-a-kind initiatives from end to end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building operational systems, execution infrastructure, or program management frameworks.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing processes from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with planning and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate fluently between engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
