What you will do
- Define and execute growth strategies for user activation, retention, and cross-product adoption
- Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Prioritize and lead growth experiments with engineering and design teams
- Leverage data tools and analytics to generate insights and guide decisions
- Translate growth opportunities into product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business goals and monitor KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in growth initiatives
- Strong background in B2B SaaS and enterprise solutions
- Advanced analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and tools like PostHog
- Proven impact through product optimization and experimentation
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and fluency in Portuguese
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and basic understanding of APIs/integrations
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with Figma and product design principles
- Exposure to Latin American B2B markets or supply chain/procurement
