What you will do

  • Define and execute growth strategies for user activation, retention, and cross-product adoption
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Prioritize and lead growth experiments with engineering and design teams
  • Leverage data tools and analytics to generate insights and guide decisions
  • Translate growth opportunities into product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business goals and monitor KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in growth initiatives
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS and enterprise solutions
  • Advanced analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and tools like PostHog
  • Proven impact through product optimization and experimentation
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and fluency in Portuguese
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and basic understanding of APIs/integrations

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Familiarity with Figma and product design principles
  • Exposure to Latin American B2B markets or supply chain/procurement
