What you will do
- Own the activation and lead delivery domain, defining the vision and roadmap for scoring, enrichment, and AI-driven activation.
- Ship Workflows and Lists to General Availability as a primary priority to drive competitive differentiation.
- Develop ICP fitness scoring and intent-based prioritization models to help revenue teams focus on high-value leads.
- Expand contact enrichment capabilities to identify key decision-makers and buyer groups.
- Build AI-powered next-best-action recommendations and automated routing systems.
- Manage the CRM integration strategy for platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years at a Senior PM level in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building activation, automation, or workflow products that drive retention.
- Deep fluency in CRM ecosystems and data flow between marketing and sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills using SQL and product analytics to validate impact.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, data pipelines, and enrichment architectures.
- Must be based in Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience with lead scoring, account prioritization, or intent-based products.
- Background in contact enrichment or B2B data platforms.
- Experience in PLG environments and self-serve activation flows.
- Familiarity with competitors like Apollo, Cognism, or ZoomInfo.
