What you will do

• Execute and continuously improve the onboarding journey for new Sales Engineers and internal transfers to accelerate ramp-up.
• Design and curate tailored learning experiences for SEs and front-line managers across all sales stages.
• Create instructional content by leveraging AI tools and emerging design techniques.
• Measure and report on programme adoption and effectiveness using established metrics to drive data-informed adjustments.
• Collaborate with global SE managers and enablement counterparts to ensure content consistency and align initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, technical sales, or technical consulting.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, L&D, or instructional design.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical knowledge into structured, clear learning content.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for developing others.
• Proficiency in English.
• Based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered content creation or modern enablement tooling.
• Professional certifications such as ATD-CPTD.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
