Salary: $96,300 – $185,200 per year

What you will do
- Lead transformation initiatives from discovery to execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops to analyze current-state processes and define future-state operating models.
- Manage integrated program plans including scope, timelines, risks, and interdependencies.
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise standards.
- Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Apply AI-driven tools to enhance process efficiency and data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience leading complex programs in enterprise environments.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Experience mapping workflows using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment.
- Familiarity with change management principles.
Nice to have
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Snowflake, Power BI, or Mulesoft.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI- or data-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Prosci.
