What you will do

• Lead transformation initiatives from discovery to execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to analyze current-state processes and define future-state operating models.
• Manage integrated program plans including scope, timelines, risks, and interdependencies.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Apply AI-driven tools to enhance process efficiency and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience leading complex programs in enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Experience mapping workflows using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment.
• Familiarity with change management principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Snowflake, Power BI, or Mulesoft.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI- or data-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Prosci.
