What you will do

• Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs critical to scaling the engineering organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to implement pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Optimize tools, processes, and workflows to increase engineering efficiency and reduce friction.
• Define and track key engineering metrics to guide data-driven decisions and accountability.
• Act as a force multiplier by removing blockers and aligning stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or TPM roles in high-growth environments.
• Background in software engineering, ideally within a SaaS company.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.
• Strong systems thinking and a bias for action.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
