Digital Consultant (Banking Transformation / FSI)

Location: Stuttgart, Germany. Hybrid setup with on-site work required at least two days per week.

What you will do

• Act as the interface between business and IT, translating client needs into implementable, value-driven solutions.
• Support and lead consulting engagements across digital transformation, innovation, process optimization, and regulatory change.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end banking processes such as customer onboarding, lending, and payments.
• Develop innovation use cases involving digital products, new service models, data-driven offerings, and automation.
• Support the design of target operating models, business requirements, functional specifications, and solution concepts.
• Own workstreams, client communication, and deliverables while collaborating with strategy, technology, UX, data, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in financial services or banking with a record of measurable client impact.
• Strong banking expertise across areas such as retail banking, corporate banking, private banking, payments, or lending.
• Experience delivering digital, innovation, or business transformation initiatives in banking environments.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into implementable digital and data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent German at C1 level or higher and willingness to work on-site at least two days per week.
