What you will do

• Act as interface between business and IT, translating client needs into value-driven solutions.
• Lead consulting engagements in digital transformation, innovation, process optimisation, and regulatory change.
• Analyse and redesign banking processes like customer onboarding, lending, and payments, focusing on customer experience and efficiency.
• Contribute to innovation use cases including digital products, data-driven offerings, and automation.
• Design target operating models, business requirements, and solution concepts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support clients in core banking, open banking, cloud, and emerging tech.
• Take responsibility for workstreams, client communication, and deliverables in complex programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years consulting experience in Financial Services or Banking with proven client impact
• Strong banking domain expertise in Retail, Corporate, Private Banking, Payments, or Lending
• Experience in digital transformation or business initiatives in banking
• Ability to bridge business and technology for digital and data-driven solutions
• Consulting mindset with analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• Fluent German (at least C1 spoken and written)
• Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
