Location: Hybrid in Stuttgart, Hannover, Eschborn, Munich, or Hamburg; willingness to work on-site at least two days per week required.

What you will do
- Act as interface between business and IT, translating client needs into value-driven solutions.
- Lead consulting engagements in digital transformation, innovation, process optimisation, and regulatory change.
- Analyse and redesign banking processes like customer onboarding, lending, and payments, focusing on customer experience and efficiency.
- Contribute to innovation use cases including digital products, data-driven offerings, and automation.
- Design target operating models, business requirements, and solution concepts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support clients in core banking, open banking, cloud, and emerging tech.
- Take responsibility for workstreams, client communication, and deliverables in complex programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years consulting experience in Financial Services or Banking with proven client impact
- Strong banking domain expertise in Retail, Corporate, Private Banking, Payments, or Lending
- Experience in digital transformation or business initiatives in banking
- Ability to bridge business and technology for digital and data-driven solutions
- Consulting mindset with analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management
- Fluent German (at least C1 spoken and written)
- Willingness to work on-site at least two days per week
