Manager, AI Forward Deployed Engineering (GenAI): Leading a specialized customer-facing AI team to productionize first-of-its-kind GenAI applications with an accent on strategic AI/ML transformations and executive relationship management. Focus on scaling the AI FDE organization, designing reusable engagement models, and influencing the product roadmap through customer insights.

Location: Remote within the United States (strong preference for Eastern or Central time zones). Travel at least once a month is required.

Salary: $211,800 — $291,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead and scale a world-class AI/ML professional services team, including hiring, mentoring, and structural growth.
• Develop and expand executive relationships with VP, CIO, and CDO-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Align with Field Engineering and Sales leaders to define joint strategies for strategic accounts.
• Design scalable engagement models and reusable solutions to ensure repeatability across the global team.
• Influence Product, R&D, and GTM strategies by integrating voice-of-customer insights into the product roadmap.
• Own OKRs related to revenue, utilization, and public references for AI-services led accounts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing and scaling teams of high-performing data scientists and ML engineers.
• Ability to scope, sell, and guide technical engagements and manage escalations in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science.
• Experience leading teams building production ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven success in defining program-level goals and technical vision with senior executive stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
