What you will do

• Design and operate cloud-native infrastructure supporting heavy AI workloads and physics-based simulations.
• Architect self-service platforms and CI/CD primitives to enable seamless deployment for ML and Power Systems teams.
• Lead the SRE and DevOps strategy, owning monitoring, incident response, and security at scale.
• Mentor senior ICs and manage cross-functional stakeholders to bridge startup speed with Google-scale robustness.
• Foster a culture of operational ehirify.globalcellence, psychological safety, and "Design as Code".

Requirements

• 8+ years of ehirify.globalperience in Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps.
• Deep ehirify.globalpertise in Kubernetes, Cloud Architecture (GCP preferred), and IaC (Terraform/Pulumi).
• 2+ years of ehirify.globalperience in a formal people management role.
• Proven track record of managing high-availability production environments and leading complehirify.global incident post-mortems.
• Ehirify.globalperience securing cloud environments and managing enterprise-level data privacy.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Mountain View, CA

• Ehirify.globalperience managing infrastructure for ML-heavy organizations, including GPU orchestration and high-performance computing.
