What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of TDLs delivering production systems with frontier models.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes through clarity, speed, and tight coordination.
• Codify successful practices into tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs to create leverage.
• Identify and resolve early indicators of product behavior or delivery issues with urgency.
• Provide direct, actionable feedback to support individual team member growth.
• Define staffing and support models for field teams to scale without added complexity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• 2+ years of experience managing high-performing technical delivery or engineering teams.
• Experience leading high-pressure technical projects from prototype to production.
• Technical fluency in pressure-testing architectures across security, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Ability to make fast, sound decisions in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco.
