What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across EMEA.
• Drive end-to-end deployment of the North platform in private cloud and on-premises environments.
• Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to refine AI delivery for enterprises.
• Optimize performance for OpenSearch, databases, and Kubernetes services.
• Define scaling guidelines for GPU and CPU compute resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software at scale.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• English: C1+ (Excellent communication skills) required.
• Location: Must be based in the EMEA region.

• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure.
• Background in enterprise security and compliance.
