Senior Key Account Manager (Wine): Own a portfolio of strategic high-value wine sellers, driving profitable growth, retention and long-term value creation with an accent on data-driven insights, market expertise and commercial partnerships. Focus on defining portfolio strategies, managing KPIs like GMV and sell rate, and influencing category direction through trend analysis and growth initiatives.
Location: Based in Europe, hybrid setup with minimum two days per week in the office (Amsterdam, Paris or Lisbon), occasional travel for seller meetings or wine fairs.

What you will do
- Define and execute long-term account strategies for high-value sellers, conducting business reviews and driving performance.
- Own portfolio KPIs including GMV, sell rate, hammer price and bidding activity, identifying growth opportunities.
- Analyze auction data to develop actionable strategies, forecast growth and address performance issues.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Experts and Business Developers to align on opportunities and drive category growth.
- Monitor wine market trends, risks and opportunities to contribute to category strategy and seller expansion.
Requirements
- Native or near-native in French and English, Spanish or German advantageous.
- Senior account management experience in dynamic scaling environment, prioritizing portfolio based on value and growth.
- Deep commercial and analytical skills with understanding of financial KPIs, data analysis and forecasting.
- Proven experience in wine trade (auction, marketplace, negotiant, importer or high-end retail).
- Strong stakeholder management, influence and negotiation skills at senior levels.
