What you will do

  • Identify and recruit new strategic resellers, systems integrators, and consultants across the EMEA region.
  • Develop and implement structured partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs.
  • Manage long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and mutual success.
  • Coordinate partner-led opportunities in close collaboration with the direct sales team.
  • Execute joint marketing and sales plans to generate pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect sales within a SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, activating partners and closing deals through indirect channels.
  • Experience creating partner training content, playbooks, or certification programs.
  • Strong understanding of co-selling motions and partner economics.
  • Ability to operate across multiple European markets and cultures.
  • Location: Must be based in London, UK

Nice to have

  • Experience in transportation, mobility, or public sector software.
  • Familiarity with MSP, reseller, and consulting partner models.
  • Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and LMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
